Since we act as an agent, we are not the direct provider of all services. The contracts for services are often between you and the third-party providers.
We are not liable for delays, changes, cancellations, or other issues caused by third-party suppliers, or by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure) such as weather, political unrest, natural disasters, health emergencies, etc.
Our total liability for any claim (whether for negligence or otherwise) shall be limited to the amount you paid us for the affected service.
We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover such risks.
We reserve the right to cancel or modify a trip before it begins (for instance, if the minimum group size is not reached, or due to force majeure).
In such cases, we will notify you as early as possible and offer alternative arrangements or a refund for the cancelled portion, subject to our policy.
We are not responsible for failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms if caused by events beyond our reasonable control (like natural disasters, war, government actions, pandemics, etc.).
In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to assist you, but additional costs arising from force majeure will generally be borne by you.
