1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Services

  • We act as an intermediary between you and third-party service providers (hotels, transport operators, airlines, guides, etc.).

  • All bookings (tours, accommodation, transport, activities) are subject to availability and are confirmed only after we receive full or partial payment, as required.

  • Itineraries provided are indicative; we reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the itinerary, services, or suppliers when necessary (e.g., for safety, operational reasons).

3. Booking and Payments

  • To confirm a booking, you may be required to pay a deposit. The remaining balance must be paid by a date we specify.

  • Payment methods may include bank transfer, credit/debit cards, or other modes as offered on our website.

  • All payments made are subject to confirmation.

4. Prices and Taxes

  • Quoted prices include only the services specifically mentioned in your chosen package. Additional costs like personal expenses, optional activities, tips, visa fees, or other extras are not always included.

  • We aim to provide accurate pricing, but we reserve the right to adjust prices in response to changes in supplier costs, taxes, or foreign exchange rates before confirmation.

  • Once your booking is confirmed, any tax hikes or supplier cost increases (outside our control) may be passed on to you, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Travel Requirements

  • It is your responsibility to ensure that you have valid travel documents (passport, visa, permits) and that they comply with the regulations of the destination(s).

  • You should also ensure you have appropriate travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and other risks.

6. Client Obligations

  • You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of booking (names, dates, contact info, special needs, etc.).

  • You should inform us in writing of any changes to your booking as soon as possible.

  • You must also follow any rules or regulations imposed by third-party suppliers (hotels, transport, local guides).

  • You are responsible for your own behavior, safety, and compliance with local laws during the trip.

7. Liability / Limitation of Liability

  • Since we act as an agent, we are not the direct provider of all services. The contracts for services are often between you and the third-party providers.

  • We are not liable for delays, changes, cancellations, or other issues caused by third-party suppliers, or by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure) such as weather, political unrest, natural disasters, health emergencies, etc.

  • Our total liability for any claim (whether for negligence or otherwise) shall be limited to the amount you paid us for the affected service.

  • We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover such risks.

8. Cancellation and Changes by Us

  • We reserve the right to cancel or modify a trip before it begins (for instance, if the minimum group size is not reached, or due to force majeure).

  • In such cases, we will notify you as early as possible and offer alternative arrangements or a refund for the cancelled portion, subject to our policy.

9. Force Majeure

  • We are not responsible for failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms if caused by events beyond our reasonable control (like natural disasters, war, government actions, pandemics, etc.).

  • In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to assist you, but additional costs arising from force majeure will generally be borne by you.

10. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website (text, images, logos) is our property or licensed to us.

  • You may use this content for personal, non-commercial use only.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute or otherwise exploit this content without our written permission.

11. Privacy

  • We collect personal information in the course of booking and providing travel services. We use this information to process your booking, communicate with you, and provide travel-related services.

  • We will not share your personal data with third parties except where necessary (e.g., with hotels, transport providers, insurers).

  • By using our website, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
